If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, I cannot use that time for another client and you will be billed $75 for the missed appointment.
A $75 fee is charged for missed appointments, or cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice, unless it is due to an illness or emergency.
I am not in my office on the weekends so if you have a 3 p.m. appointment on Monday and want to cancel it, you will need to do so by 3 p.m. on Friday.
A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for an appointment, or late cancel their appointment.
